The Thinking
Creed were engaged by a long-standing client to redevelop a property in Crawley, to optomise the site and enhance the existing restaurant space by developing the courtyard area and modifying the interior layout.



The Development
Creed designed, developed and detailed a scheme to create a large restaurant space, obtaining Planning Consent and Building Control Approval. The site was also subject to Archeological Survey, being built over a far older settlement.

Working closely with the appointed contractor to oversee the works, the shell scheme was completed July 09.



The Result
The total area, with the inclusion of the striking extension and remodelled interior space, has risen from 258m2 to 390m2 - plus a further terrace area of 65m2. A substantial increase and the creation of a restaurant space welcome in any portfolio.
