What I do
After several years of working in the back bedroom and other people's offices, Andrew set up Creed Design as a Limited Company in 1999. The mild-mannered creative force behind the company is often seen sporting a checked shirt and unexpected footwear.
Andrew is inspired by his environment, and is often seen wandering off with a camera. Andrew manages his team with trust, patience and good humour.

What I do
Matt's sleepy exterior belies a design power-house. Graphic and visualisation skills bring concepts and sketches to life. A love of Hot Rods, Rock'n'Roll, good food and fine ale is evident but thankfully don't hinder his abilities.

What I do
The longest serving member of the crew. Alex is still motivated to come in each day to design, detail, produce specifications and negotiate with Planners and Building Inspectors. A keen runner, Alex can be found running at unreasonable hours of the morning disturbing the deer in Bradgate Park, guided only by his head torch. He can also be relied on to make coffee at dangerous strengths.

What I do
Gail is the friendly voice at the end of the 'phone; 'I am the mother hen that every company needs. Most of my time is spent clucking about after the boys. What motivates me to come to work? The people I work with. They are so passionate about their work, and creating the right environment for our clients.'
Gail also ensures that we pay and get paid on time!.

What I do
As a consultant to High Street clothing retailers and their suppliers, Jenni brings detailed knowledge and insight of her specialism to the studio.
Known throughout Leicester as the unwitting poster girl for the annual Comedy Festival, Jenni has a distrust of handbrakes and a serious morning teacake habit.

What I do
Just starting out in the world of design, Jennie contributes to all areas of the design process. Rapidly gaining experience in 3D visualisation from 'Sketchup Jedi Pilling', Jennie has helped us communicate complex proposals to our clients. Drinks also appear at regular intervals courtesy of Jennie, who ensures we are all hydrated.

What I do
Workshop guru and all round good egg, Colin solves practical issues with a zen-like serenity.
When not on his bike, Colin distracts himself with detail design development, prototyping and building the unbuildable. Whether you need a special display case, or to know how to make metal extra rusty, enquire within.

A background in Fine Art, Graphic Design and Illustration enables Jane to provide an overview of projects. Jane's in-depth knowledge and keen eye for detail are a valuable resource
