Studio Administrator Vacancy, Enderby Leicester

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at the Old Bank in Enderby, Leicester. As a small business with well-known clients, the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and a flexible approach.

Regular duties will include:

• Diary management & travel arrangements

• Updating the accounts software, processing invoices and quotes for clients

• Producing accurate and timely financial reports

• Planning and creating social media posts

• Identifying potential new business opportunities; sharing marketing materials

• Liaison with stakeholders that include clients, tenants and suppliers

• Providing admin support to the design team; producing documents for clients

• Ensuring a safe and welcoming working environment; maintaining Health and Safety documentation

The ideal candidate will have

Essential Skills / Experience

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths

• 2 years of professional experience in an office or studio environment

• Strong IT skills with experience of current Microsoft Office Apps (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook) / Accounting Software and be willing to learn new software

• Proven bookkeeping or financial management experience

• Good interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication

• Confidence in using social media on behalf of a business

• Eligible to work in the UK

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Experience in using Xero Accounting Software and updating websites

• Knowledge and experience of Human Resources/ Health & Safety legal business requirements

• Project management skills

• A passion and appreciation for great design

Hours, Salary & Location This is a part-time post of approx. 20 hours a week, the successful candidate will work in person from our lovely studio in Enderby, Leicester. Salary: FTE circa £25,000 per annum pro rata
